Live Inbound Receptionist for an Insurance Agency

A live inbound AI receptionist for an insurance agency: state-law AI disclosure, structured medication read-back, and a warm hand-off to a human when it matters. Built on Retell + Twilio with a Bun/Hono backend, Postgres, and a real-time ops dashboard. I also trained the non-technical staff to run it.

Results

• Intake time cut from ~40 min to ~4 min (~80%)
• AI-behavior test pass rate driven from the low-50s to 86%+
• Hardened VPS + ~250-test suite

Legacy Platform Stabilization Audit

137,000-Line Production System

A deep audit of a 137,000-line production platform (Python, pgvector, Docker, ~485 scheduled jobs, an agent fleet). I built an AI-to-AI discovery protocol: the client's own Claude Code ran a brief against their live system. Then I designed a zero-downtime strangler fix and delivered a phased remediation backlog plus a dual-audience report for the CEO and onboarding engineers.

For a Financial-Advisory Firm

An advisor dashboard with auto-generated quarterly PDF explainers, a compliance gate that requires a verbatim source quote and provenance tag on every output, and a "firm brain" that captures a senior advisor's judgment for junior staff. Navigated SEC Reg S-P and CCO sign-off; designed against dummy data until cleared.
