Shipped "Summer": a HIPAA-conscious AI voice receptionist
A live inbound AI receptionist ("Summer") for an insurance agency: state-law AI disclosure, structured medication read-back, and a warm hand-off to a human. Cut intake from ~40 min to ~4 min.

“Summer” answers the phones for an insurance agency: she gives the state-required AI disclosure, reads medications back to the caller in a structured, verifiable way, and hands off warmly to a human the moment it matters. Built on Retell + Twilio with a Bun/Hono backend, Postgres, and a real-time ops dashboard, then hardened with a ~250-test suite. The AI-behavior pass rate climbed from the low-50s to 86%+. I also trained the non-technical staff to run it day to day.
