A deep audit of a 137,000-line production platform: built an AI-to-AI discovery protocol, surfaced silent backup failures and a runaway AI-spend leak, and designed a zero-downtime fix with a phased backlog.

The platform ran ~485 scheduled jobs and an agent fleet across a 137,000-line codebase. I built an AI-to-AI discovery protocol (the client’s own Claude Code ran a structured brief against their live system) which surfaced silent backup failures and a runaway AI-spend leak hiding in a 91,000-line single-file module. The deliverable: a zero-downtime strangler plan, a 105-item phased backlog, and a dual-audience report written for both the CEO and the engineers who’d onboard onto it.
